Before you book.

Can I book on the way to the airport?

Yes. Bookings open in real time. The most common stay is reserved less than 30 minutes before arrival. Apple Pay or Google Pay finishes checkout in under 10 seconds.

Can I cancel?

Cancel for a full refund up to one hour before your stay. After that, the booking is held for the full amount but you can transfer it to a future stay at any of our 15 locations within 90 days.

Are showers included?

Showers are a separate $20 add-on for 30 minutes and available at seven locations. Suite Pass members get one free shower add-on every month.

Do families count as one booking?

Yes. Up to four guests share a single suite for one price. The daybed has a pull-out trundle, plenty of space for children to nap, and a private door so feeding and changing happen out of public view.

What if my flight is delayed?

We watch your flight. If it slips, your booking shifts with it automatically. If it cancels, your booking does too and the refund posts the same day.

Is Priority Pass really free for the first hour?

Yes. Tap your Priority Pass card at check-in for the first hour free. After that, our standard hourly rate applies. Most cardholders save $34 to $45 on a single stay.
